Yahoo D1G Scandal

Rumors are that Yahoo is finalizing a deal to buy a startup site in Jordan called D1g.com . A site that is few months old and has very little visitors and an inexperienced team. Is there a scam behind this that Yahoo corporate is aware of or should be aware of ?

It turns out that Yahoo Chief Data Officer Usama Fayyad and a senior Yahoo executive Bassel Ojjeh are behind this site. D1g is officially owned by their friends Rudain Kawar and Majeed Qasem, but the Yahoo executives seem to be the real owners or partners behind it. Usama Fayayd has been spending lots of time every month directing the opeartion in order to sell it to Yahoo, his own company !

The scam continues .... D1g.com acquires a site in Syria with no traffic at all. A copy of Yahoo answers. The site is called seenandjeem.com and Network solutions records show it was owned by Bassel Ojjeh's wife . What the hell is going on ? Why would two successful Yahoo executives enter into such unethical dealings ?

The answer to all this is clear. D1g is being built by the two Yahoo executives to be sold to Yahoo at a rediculous price rumoured to be around $15 million for a site that has probably less than 1 million page views and an Alexa ranking of 10,000 .

Stay posted for more info and evidence to come!
